When I joined the product in 2024, the platform had been stagnant for almost two years. The company had limited budget, developers, a liquid idea, and market demand, but lacked product direction, user value, analytics, and execution focus.
I identified the core issue and led initiatives across product strategy, monetization, ecosystem design, analytics, and cross-functional execution.
As a result, the platform scaled into a subscription business with 21,700+ members, including 7,638 paying subscribers (35% of the user base).
